Congratulations to Whitman-Axland-Cutten on the newest addition to the Cabot Links resort in Nova Scotia. Benjamin joined the build team in summer 2019, arriving just in time to help Rod Whitman and Keith Cutten build their rendition of North Berwick’s Redan hole.

A short course is becoming a must-have for every serious golf resort. The Nest sits comfortably alongside the stars of the genre, Bandon Preserve, The Sandbox at Sand Valley, and the Cradle at Pinehurst. These courses can all be played in less than one hour and are the perfect respite for golfers playing multiple 36-hole days during a resort stay.

The ten holes at The Nest weave through Atlantic pine forest before opening up to reveal incredible views of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Architects Rod Whitman, Dave Axland and Keith Cutten made the most of a funky little property which sits adjacent to the clubhouse of world top 100 rock star Cabot Cliffs.

Golf put Inverness, Nova Scotia on the map. It’s well worth your time and effort to tee it up in this rugged and beautiful part of the world.
